How does it work?
- Service Registration: The customer will dial *32640 and create a profile. The voice profile will include age, sex, location, qualifications, experience etc.
- Profile match to Job on Phone database: When a vacancy exists, the subscriber is notified via SMS. He is expected to dial into the service, listen to the vacancies and indicate interest in the vacancy by responding to the advert, and then the profile will be sent to the recruiter.
- The recruiter/consultant will listen to the voice profiles and if interested will invite the applicants for test or interview as the case may be. The re recruiter/consultant can call the candidates directly with a click of a button li>
