What is Starcomms I Don Move?
Starcomms is providing its customers with the next generation of I moved services called I Don Move.

How does it work?

1. It is a notification service for subscribers that migrate from competing networks.

2. Here your contacts that call your old number are notified automatically about your new number.



3. The subscriber needs to maintain the old line for a limited period of time after churning out, during which all calls made to the old number are handled by Starcomms;

 To Register
 Simply SMS REG space {old number} to 31131 short code. E.g. Reg 08018933821 to 31131.

 To Unregister
Send SMS UNREG to 31131

Subscriber will be informed about the I Moved service and will be asked to do unconditional call forward/divert to Starcomms magic number (07028422222). The subscription is valid for 30 days.
