The handsets available in the Market which are configured for Starcomms can only be used with these RUIMs

IS THERE ANY BONUS AVAILABLE FOR ACTIVATION OF THE RUIMS?
You will get N100 bonus on first recharge.

CAN I MAKE CALLS TO GSM WITH THIS BONUS?
Yes. You can make calls to both GSM and CDMA networks with this bonus

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE BONUS?
The bonus is valid for 15days.

I HAVE BOUGHT THE RUIM FROM A STARCOMMS SHOP AND RECHARGED IT WITH N250 BUT MY BALANCE IS SHOWING N250 NOT N350?
This is possible as you must have bought the RUIM from a Dealer of Starcomms and not Starcomms owned shop. RUIMs purchased from dealers doesnot have a bonus attached to it.

SO WHAT WILL I DO TO GET THE N100 BONUS IF I PURCHASED IT FROM THE DEALER?
The bonus offer is available only to the RUIMs purchased from the Starcomms owned Shops.
