• Local On net calls:
  means calls within Starcomms network across Nigeria(on the local number plan)

• Local Off net calls:
  Calls made from a Starcomms phone to another PTO (Private Telephone Operator) or Nitel number in the same city

• National Off net Calls:
  Calls made from a Starcomms phone to another PTO (Private Telephone Operator) or Nitel number in another city

• Unified calls:
  All calls from Starcomms network to any unified number across Nigeria

• GSM calls:
  Calls from Starcomms network to any GSM Number across Nigeria
