    Bonus Amount will be used thus: Recharge cards of 100 & 250 Naira denominations will attract 50% bonus amount; this can only be used to call starcomms to starcomms; with a validity period of 3 days; While other denominations loaded will attract same 50% bonus amount; but CAN BE USED TO CALL ALL NETWORKS, validity is 7 days.

    Available to all prepaid mobile & fixed subscribers except VPN/Telemax/Staff plan subscribers.

    No, all off-net calls are billed

  11. IF I RECHARGE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY WILL I GET ADDITIONAL validity?
    No, You earn only the due validity for that recharge denomination.

    If I do not use-up my Bonus credit after validity period, can I accumulate it? No, you cannot accumulate, once not used within validity period, we forfeit it, until a fresh/new recharge is done.

  12. CAN I USE BONUS TO RECHARGE MY DATA SERVICE?
    No, Bonus Airtime can only be used for voice calls only.

  13. CAN I USE MY BONUS AFTER PROMO IS CLOSED?
    No, once promo is closed, the bonus will be removed from the accounts; 3 & 7 days validity respectively.
