When Starcomms has reached a position of having distributable reserves, it is currently anticipated that the Board of the Company will consider recommending the payment of dividends , but only after due and careful consideration of the Company’s funding requirements in respect of network quality, services and growth, and adequate provision having been made in respect of those requirements.

HOW DO I TRANSFER STOCK, CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY SHAREHOLDER ACCOUNT, OR REPLACE A LOST STOCK CERTIFICATE?
Generally, the modality for stock transfer will differ depending on whether a shareholder has dematerialized the stock by placing it in the custody of the CSCS in order to trade it on the floor of the exchange or not. If the shares have been dematerialized and are traded on the floor, transfer is done through an instruction to the broker to sell on behalf of the shareholder. The transferee may decide to retain the shares in its dematerialized form or fill a certificate request form and submit to the Company or its registrar to receive another certificate. Regardless of the shareholder’s preference, the Company shall update its register of members with the new shareholders name.

On the other hand, if the shares are still in their material form and are not traded on the floor, then a stock transfer memo shall be done between the transferee and the transferor and forwarded together with the share certificate to the Registrar to process on behalf of the Company and enter the name of the transferee into the register of members of the Company.

Changes of address on shareholders account or and/or replacement of lost share certificate can be done by filling the requisite form with the company or through its registrar.
