StarTrack relies on the network to locate a phone. If the phone is switched off or is out of network coverage, you will not be able to find its current location. StarTrack will inform you of this and advise you to try again later

How can a user stop me from locating them after they have consented?
The user can choose not to be located at any time by sending the SMS STOP to 33393

Will I be notified when somebody has stopped me from locating them?
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification
