WHAT IS PAY AS YOU SURF?
Pay as you surf internet service allows you to pay for exact usage. It is charged on
per minute basis. You can log in and log out as you like, you are only charged for the period you are connected
to the internet.
HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO PAY AS YOU SURF INTERNET SERVICE?
Simply visit Starcomms service center
Requests for pay as you surf data service
Fills up a data subscription form
Pays N1,000 activation fee for the service
Data activated within 12hrs request is received
DO I PAY A MONTHLY FEE TO USE PAY AS YOU SURF?
No monthly fee is paid; you only pay a one off activation fee of N1,000

WHAT IS THE CHARGING PLAN FOR PAY AS YOU SURF?
Pay as you surf offers you peak and off peak rates: Peak period N7 and off Peak N5.
RECHARGING YOUR PAY AS YOU SURF INTERNET ACCOUNT:
To activate the account the subscriber simply has to load a recharge card
For first time activation, the subscriber has to access the IVR using *999*
All other subsequent recharges can be done via the short code : Dial *333* followed by the Recharge Number and then SEND/YES and then press 1 to
confirm or by dialling *999* and following the simple voice instructions
A pay as you go internet subscriber can share the same credit account for voice and data.
The subscriber can surf the internet or make voice calls as long as there is sufficient creditbin the account.
The subscriber can keep using the service by topping the account when low via a recharge card.
