You must own a SMART CENTER phone .You must have filled and submitted a Telemax Form at any Starcomms shop.
Your SMART CENTER phone must be on the TELEMAX Tariff Plan.

To qualify for draws:

Quarterly Draw: Use minimum of N600 daily or N12,000 Monthly for 3 monthly continuously and you qualify for the quarterly draws.
Monthly Draw: Use a minimum of N500 daily or N10,000 monthly and you qualify for the monthly draws in all the regions.
